Opening of the call for expressions of interest in the field of humanities and social sciences

What type of project can be proposed?

The successful projects from this call will form the fifth scientific axis of the program: "Understanding the Transition Processes Related to the Bioeconomy and Their Governance". These projects should study the bioeconomy through its human, social, and philosophical dimensions, as well as its economic, political, and regulatory aspects.

This call aims to support innovative projects in the field, with funding ranging from 150k€ to 300k€ over 2 to 4 years.

Priority for interdisciplinary projects

The expected projects should, as much as possible (though not mandatory), bring together different disciplines and/or multiple research teams. This collaboration will contribute to acquiring and mastering new knowledge and structuring the research domains of the various topics that will be addressed.

To facilitate this, a workshop may be organized to refine the details of the projects before the final submission.
